Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing one of our products. We work tirelessly to provide quality, beautiful and durable products. We pride ourselves on providing you with the best customer experience throughout our product return process.
General rules and considerations:
- If there is any problem (missing parts, damage, etc.) with the product once you receive it, please contact us via email gzmotorsports@hotmail.com so that we can evaluate possible corrections or authorize a return. Even non-defective returns will require a return authorization.
- Products can be returned to us within 15 days of the delivery date .
- Please note that all non-defective products must be returned in perfect working and resalable condition, packed in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Please also do not write, stick or apply anything on the original packaging of the item (including delivery labels).
- If the original packaging has been altered, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return and will send it back to you at your expense.
- The return may also be refused if the product is not intact and in its original condition (if it has been used abusively, excessively or not in accordance with the intended use of the product). Likewise, the return will be refused if the protective plastic packaging covering the product has been removed.
- Any product identified as final sale or purchased as a demo cannot be returned to us unless it is a defective product.
Return Merchandise Authorization:
- We must authorize the return before you can send it back to us. If the product is returned to us without authorization, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Upon receipt of a duly authorized return, we will send you, by email, a confirmation of receipt of the product.
- It may then take up to 30 days after email confirmation for you to receive your refund, which will be processed directly to the original form of payment used by you to make the purchase.
Return fees :
- The return costs and the risk of damage in transport (as well as the costs arising from this) during the return procedure are your responsibility. For all return reasons, you will have to cover the shipping costs and all other expenses related to the return of your order (product).
