G/Z Motorsports reserves the right to cancel any transaction or order in the event of any inconsistency in the personal or transactional information provided, without notice to you or anyone else and without any liability to you or anyone else.
Delivery times may vary depending on material availability. Delivery charges may apply depending on the weight, size of the package, delivery address and the nature of the goods shipped.
For ALL products purchased through G/Z Motorsports that will be shipped, the customer must be aware that we have no control over the condition of the products upon arrival. This means that the risk of damage to said products is transferred to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. If your item was damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier assigned to your shipment.
All cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee. This means that if you place an order and before it ships you decide you don't want the entire order or anything on the order, you will be charged 20% of the amount that would be refunded to you.
You may not cancel an order after it has been shipped. If you refuse a package from G/Z Motorsports or are unavailable to receive a package within three delivery attempts by our carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the package returned to us.
Dynamometer Programming Sessions
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that when you book a session, the deposit that G/Z Motorsports requires at the time of booking cannot be transferred to another client or vehicle. The deposit is only valid for the vehicle and client listed at the time of booking.
- The deposit is only valid for 1 year (365 Days). After 1 year (365 Days) the client will lose his deposit and will have to book again if he wishes to reschedule a session.
- The date agreed between G/Z Motorsports and the customer for a dyno programming session, can be moved by the customer up to 3 times only. After the third booking if the customer does not show up or wants to push the date back further, G/Z Motorsports reserves the right to keep the deposit in its possession and cancel the customer's booking completely.
- In the event of a postponement or cancellation of a dynamometer programming session, the customer must notify G/Z Motorsports at least 48 hours in advance.
- G/Z Motorsports reserves the right to cancel a dyno programming session reservation, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
- G/Z Motorsports reserves the right to move a dyno programming session reservation, G/Z Motorsports undertakes to ensure that the new reservation date is available on the customer's schedule.
