Boundary oil pump gears are 100% manufactured in our Dallas, Texas facility. We start by dipping our chromoly billet in extreme heat, then tempering it to an indestructible core. After machining, we apply our ColdFlow surface hardening process and finish it with a mirror finish. What does all this give you? You get a pump that is stable at over 9,000 RPM, proven to over 900 horsepower, with superior efficiency, less friction, and is backed by one of the best warranties in the industry.

JWT VALVE SPRINGS

As JWT pushed their VQ cam design program beyond what was possible even 5 years ago, along with DLC coated lifters, a new valve spring design was required. This new spring is designed to handle even the largest profiles (.600"+ lift) with approximately 3g less combined spring and retainer weight than the original VQ parts! Reliability is greatly improved by using super clean wire material, followed by an additional enhanced heat treatment with a nano-peening and polished finish. The varied coil diameters of this beehive shaped spring dampen harmonic resonance that can cause a conventional spring to jump at critical RPMs, causing the valve to bounce on the seat or float. This spring uses the lighter 2013+ VQ retainer (12.3mm ID) and should also be purchased if using in an older VQ engine with the older retainer (17.6mm ID). These springs are designed to be used with the stock lower spring shims. Fits VQ35DE, REVUP, HR, VQ37VHR (exhaust only), VQ40DE and VQ30DE.
