The tie rod is screwed into the steering rack on all modern vehicles and allows the front wheels to be firmly turned inward or outward to steer the car. When these tie rods wear, they introduce play into the steering system. This play leads to excessive vibration, alignment problems, increased tire wear, and poor handling. This inner tie rod is suitable for both the driver's and passenger's sides.
